Sean Guard, General Manager

Sean brings to the Oswego Lake House more than 25 years experience in the special events / promotions world.  He was associated with the Fred Meyer Challenge for 16 years, finishing his career with Peter Jacobsen Productions as a Tournament Manager.  Sean looks forward to helping make the Oswego Lake House one of the top five restaurants in the Portland-area.

Kathy Krech, Manager

Kathy is our “front of house” Manager, overseeing all of the servers and bar staff.  Kathy has over 30 years in the restaurant business, working in restaurants from Hawaii to the Sea Galley and Hayden’s Grill companies before moving onto McCormick & Schmick’s Restaurants.  She brings a wealth of first-class knowledge to the Oswego Lake House, and we are honored to have her and her staff as our front line.

Kathy believes that with a great staff and wonderful guests who will return time and again, the Oswego Lake House will be a wonderful place to be a part of for years to come.

Frank Enrico, Executive Chef

Frank brings an Italian flair to our kitchen and his food and recipes keep our guests talking about the consistent, high-quality meals he and his staff prepare.  Frank’s family owned a series of restaurants on the East Coast and Frank learned the kitchen trade not only from working in all the restaurants, but also from attending the Atlantic County Culinary Institute of May’s Landing. Frank has won nearly a dozen awards, including a Zagat Award and having his Enrico’s Italian Bistro named the #1 Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas.

Frank looks forward to your reviews and your suggestions of how to continually improve and vary the menus at the Oswego Lake House.
